Managing a community can be time consuming, managing multiple requires you to work with a landscape vendor that will do the work without you having to ask. Our account managers will help communicate special request each month while also providing monthly reports with irrigation issues/repairs and any landscape recommendations. Having proper advise on plant recommendations and water management can both educate managers and save future potential issues with Association Board's in the future. Plant selections can vary depending on the location, how much sun the area gets, and consideration of how large plants get once aged. Water management and budgeting varies from city to city and must be managed each week to be effective. Proper tags must be displayed, runoff must be prevented, and each station should be visually inspected at least once a month.
